Corey was raised in Gainesville, living in married housing on the University of Florida campus and moving back on campus as a student and member of Theta Chi Fraternity. It was at UF that he met and married his wife, Kristi, in 1995. While both finishing their degrees in Business Administration, they both held gainful employment managing Luxury Apartment Home Communities through Contemporary Management Concepts, Inc. A great opportunity bestowed in 1999 promoting and relocating to Orlando to oversee the design, constructing, hiring, and lease up of a large Student Apartment Complex.

While residing in Seminole County, it was only 2 years later, Corey found his love and success in Property Management could be expanded to all of beautiful and fast growing Central Florida, while beginning to work with buyers, sellers, and commercial clients too. By moving his Real Estate Licence over to Homevest Realty, one of the largest independent Real Estate Brokerages in Central Florida, Corey has been able to gain the experience of a Full Service Real Estate Brokerage, since 2001. Corey has placed families in homes through the growth of SR-417 on the east side and now sees the similarities and differences in the growth on the west side with SR-429 as we draw near to completing the beltway. Corey is also infatuated with reading current and historical maps and might have pursued cartography if given the right opportunity.

In 2007, it was his love for always looking at maps that heavily influenced the finding of a rural property to build a home to raise their 3 sons in East Lake County.

He has a uniquely broad skill set. He understands typical construction and maintenance issues found in Urban, Suburban, and Rural properties. He can save clients being able to troubleshoot before unnecessary repairs. He has also developed a trusted relationship with vendors and contractors all over Central Florida.

From 2001 until 2017, Corey served as a committee or board member of the Central Florida chapter of NARPM, including Past President and State Chapter officer. Corey has also been a member in good standing with Orlando Regional Realtor Association, serving several committees since 2001.

Corey will be an advocate for you. It doesn't matter if you are buying, selling, or renting, he will always consider your best interests. Corey is known by his family and friends for his natural drive to serve others' best interests and he extends this desire to his clients. He is very knowledgeable and committed to finding the perfect fit, no matter the size or value. He is known for being a thinker and planner. He continuously seeks to stay ahead of the game when it comes to real estate market education and trends.
